Who we are
John has successfully completed a number of high-profile land development projects including, Kirimoko Park, Kirimoko Heights, Kirimoko Summit and Emerald Bluffs. For John these projects are much more than a business venture, he takes great pride in delivering projects that create attractive and sustainable living environments whilst also enhancing and protecting the outstanding environment here in Wānaka.
Ian is the Project Manager for Studholme Rise. Ian has an extensive background in land development and has worked alongside John for the past five years. He has been instrumental in successfully delivering Kirimoko Heights, Kirimoko Summit and Emerald Bluffs in that time. Ian is involved in all aspects of the Studholme Rise project from design, consenting, marketing and construction.
Kirimoko Park
This innovative residential subdivision exemplifies effective integration of landscape architecture and urban design with stormwater management function. The layout of Kirimoko Park has been designed in harmony with the landscape, the natural contours and existing vegetation to create a framework of roads, reserves and living areas that respect and acknowledge the land on which they are built.
